Scott Cooney, with over 25 years of real estate brokerage experience in both commercial and residential sectors, joined Coldwell Banker Realty as Vice President Managing Broker in 2014. He successfully integrated his former company into Coldwell Banker Realty, bringing 26 agents to the Danbury office. Managing a team of 90+ residential agents, he expanded his role in 2017 by overseeing the first 100% commercial real estate office in the CBC NRT network, acquiring Goodfellow Commercial Real Estate.
Under Scott's leadership, the Danbury CT office became the market leader in Greater Danbury and a top-performing Coldwell Banker office globally. Recognized for nurturing talent, Scott emphasizes the office's reputation as a hub for both beginning and experienced agents seeking growth.
